well hello internets. thought i'd lost access to you entirely. but here i am. are you here too? i'd update, but where would i start? i am o.k. there we go.

SO, SUPPOSEDLY I'M HAVING AN ART SHOW IN MAY. at Ramone's. where i work.

originally i thought this would be a great idea. get stuff out there so i can get shows maybe somewhere that isn't at my own job. unfortunately, my boss has second-guessed my ability enough times that i don't even want to do it anymore.
i guess the final result will be a small selection of my pieces on maybe one wall of the dining area. i don't know who the other artist is or what their art is like, but that's mostly what you'll see if you stop by, i think.

i made an art journal because fuck deviantart. if i ever get not-lazy i may make a website. if someone wants to make me one, i'd pay you in arts.

oh gosh i'm depressed.

1. in december harley and i will have been together for a year.
2. he lives with me now
3. we've been playing sega genesis games (and we <3 katamari) practically non-stop. it's awesome.
4. we've also been painting. once i've finished mine i'll molest someone's scanner to bring it to the internet.
5. i'm not doing anything for halloween, i don't think. :(
6. as i write this, i'm also watching the best porno ever. i might even go so far as to call it an "adult feature." well, no. it's a porno. but an awesome one!
7. i keep thinking of all these things i want to draw, but they keep not coming to me. painting might be making it easier. hopefully.
8. oh man, pirates.

dear liz, and ben, and anyone else who thinks i hate them :(,

i don't. my internet useage is down by like a million percent. it's often a choppy connection in my room and my computer setup is painful to use, oh and i haven't had a scanner to use since i moved here in january. so it's usually just not worth it for me to sit down and bum around on the internet rather than do the hundreds of other things i should be doing everyday between my busy work schedule and all that.
liz, i care about you. you were the very best part of visiting philidelphia, even better than seeing zig-zag "in furson." i really do love you and i'm sorry i've been non-internetty. i always read your livejournal to make sure you're doing okay. <3
ben, you have a huge life going on around you, so i don't feel so bad not talking so much to you. besides, we've been in and out of communication for so many years now it just feels normal. if you ever miss me so much, you can always just write me an email. i'm good about responding to those. i miss you too, but i always do.

i think all the time about all the wonderful people i met at AC and drawing and etc. hopefully my pen will pull itself out of my ass and turn into drawings for you all. and then they'll somehow appear on the internet. and then i'll get a million dollars (somehow) and an xbox 360. and a pony.
